Jon Vick, Founder
Jonathan C. Vick is the founder and president of Vet Asset Advisors, Inc. He was a founder and principal shareholder of SurgiCenter Development Corporation in 1984 and Endoscopy Center Affiliates in 1992, and served as EVP of Development for Cardiovascular Ventures Inc. from 1995 to 1997. He has over 35 years of experience in advising owners of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) on development, business planning, valuations, mergers, and sale-leaseback of ASC/MOB real estate.
Since 1998 he has advised owners of over 250 medical businesses in valuing and selling interests in their businesses and the sale-leaseback of their real estate at the maximum value through competitive bidding.
Jon holds a B.A. (biology) from Hamilton College, an LL.B. from LaSalle University, and a California real estate broker’s license. He served in the USAF and is a licensed instrument rated multi-engine commercial pilot and a fair weather sailor. He loves his dogs (Schnauzers), cats, turkeys, and guinea hens that he raises near San Diego.

Jason Winokur, Broker
Jason M. Winokur is an associate of Vet Asset Advisors, Inc. and serves as our vet real estate expert and broker. He has 13+ years of experience in managing complex real estate transactions and has provided expert real estate consulting services for over 150 physician-owners and medical groups nationwide. With a focus on working with a wide variety of medical real estate, J.H. Winokur, Inc. has completed in excess of $2B in successful transactions, enabling owners of medical real estate to realize the maximum value for their real estate assets. Additionally, by adjusting rent and EBITDA, Jason ensures that clients have the terms and agreements in place that will maximize the value of both their real estate and their businesses. His combination of experience, market knowledge, exceptional marketing packages and a nationwide network of buyers ensures that our clients have the absolute best representation.
Jason holds a dual B.A. degree in english and film and video studies from the University of Michigan (1999). He is a licensed real estate broker and a strong supporter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. Jason resides in New York with his family. They have been rescuing Great Pyrenees for 15 years and plan to one day open a rescue sanctuary.
